Why breakfast is the most important meal of the day?
As it's often said, breakfast is the most important meal and there's a few good reasons why. When you wake up in the morning you could have gone without food for up to 10 hours. Breakfast refills energy together with nutrients in your body. It helps you maintain a large portion of your dayily total nutrient intake such as folate, calcium, iron, B vitamins and fibre. People that routinely eat breakfasts have less chance to be overweight
because it helps you deal with your apetite and you're less likely to
grab snacks. It also prevents from type 2 diabetes. Not eating this meal affects your mental performance, attention, ability to concentrate and memory. People who eat breakfasts usually have healthier diets along with eating habits. As we can see the reasons, it's not hard to tell that brekfast being the most important meal of the day is not a myth.

A relationship with food
People, as well as with other people or things, have a relationship with food. It's actually really important because the food you eat and the way you feel about it can have an influence on you. For example, sugary foods often make you feel tired while meals that you spend nice time preparing, tend to appear well in the body. The relationship works best when both sides get along : if you don't treat food as a reward for exercise and take time to think about what you should consume, the outcame of it will be much better. Relation comprehends many things like your mood, wellbeing or it can even prevent many conditions from happening. You can develop it by stopping comparing yourself to others, making healthy swaps and practicing mindful eating. It's worth spending time on because it only can have a positive result and not only on you, but by your vibrancy and happiness, also on others.
