Microwaving food
Microwaves are high frequency radio waves and are part of the electromagnetic spectrum. They are used nowadays as main and easiest way to heat food. Some people may worry about its radiation but according to WHO there’s nothing to worry about. A thing that is less obvious is wheter it produces nutrient loss, or wheter heating food in plastic can triger hormone disruption.
Food cooked in a microwave oven is as safe, and has the same nutrient value, as food cooked in a conventional oven. One study in 2019 proved it by microvawing broccoli.
When heating up in plastic containers, plastic additives may break down and as a consequence leach into food.
Microwave energy doesn't pass well through thicker pieces of food, which may cause uneven cooking. It can lead to health risks because not heated enough parts of the food may not be able to kill potentially dangerous microorganisms. By reason of that, microwaved food should rest after heating to allow the warmth to spread through.

So all the info about food loosing all its nutrients after being microwaved is not true or not? You seem to present two contradictory views.
